Bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of confirmation, provided the scheduled travel date is at least 14 days in the future.

You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the travel start date free of charge, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

5–13 days before the travel date: 50% refund

Less than 5 days before the travel date or no-show: no refund
